Please remember that if you’ve only been beekeeping for one year, you can be a mentor! You do not have to know the answer to every question, just the ones asked by someone new to this. You are simply the first line of defense in questions, you can always defer them to Angela or Ingvar if they are too complicated. As a mentor, you are willing to share your phone number with your mentee for personal contact.
